Built on a WWII RAF bomber base, Silverstone circuit is steeped in motor history. The very first Formula 1 race was held here in 1950 and the track became known thereafter as the 'Home of Formula 1' and is a bucket list Grand Prix for many F1 and motorsport enthusiasts. This year, attendance was a record breaking 564,000. Highlighting the growing popularity of the sport.
There are a variety of hospitality options around the circuit. The newest hospitality addition, 'The Vale', is located in one of the best track locations with an elevated terrace overlooking the final race corners and pit lane entry. At The Vale, you will get the opportunity to hear from F1 Drivers and Team Principals along with Michelin-star chefs creating incredible dishes throughout each day.
Silverstone also offers a wide range of excellent Grandstand options. The Hamilton Straight Grandstand is ideal for experiencing the drama of the race start and finish, while also giving you a front-row view of the cars reaching speeds of up to 200mph (320km/h).
For those looking to maximise on-track action, the Woodcote Grandstand is a fantastic choice. Overlooking the Luffield and Woodcote corners, it provides some of the longest viewing times on the circuit as the cars slow through this technical section. The tighter layout also creates plenty of opportunities for wheel-to-wheel racing, with drivers battling hard for position before accelerating onto the National Pits Straight.
Over the race weekend, you can expect concerts, driver & team interviews, historic car demonstrations, Formula Academy, Formula 3, Formula 2 and Formula 1 sessions, and much more; there is something here for everyone of all ages.
From General Admission to Hospitality experiences, there are so many options available to create your very own memorable experience at this classic, historic circuit.
