  • Does the package include access to both games on Saturday and Sunday?

    Yes, our playoff weekend packages include a weekend ticket with access to both games on Saturday and Sunday

  • Can I purchase ticket only for the playoff weekend?

    No, all tickets must be purchased as part of a package

  • Who is eligible for a concession ticket?

    As per the EIHL guidelines, concession tickets are available for:


    • Over 60s

    • Students

    • Under 16s

    • Disabled Customers


    Family tickets must be purchased in 4's (x2 Adults & x2 Concessions)


    Proof of concession will be required upon entry

  • How and when will my tickets be dispatched?

    Tickets for the EIHL Playoffs will be in pdf format dispatched to the email address provided upon booking.


    We aim to dispatch all event tickets between 2-5 days before the event, where possible we will dispatch tickets earlier

  • Can I purchase your hotel package without tickets?

    Yes, if you wish to purchase a package without tickets, please contact us at supporters@sportsentertainmenttours.com

  • Are companion/carer tickets available?

    Yes, companion/carer tickets are available free of charge, subject to eligibility.


    If you would like a companion or carer to accompany you to a game, please email us at supporters@sportsentertainmenttours.com with your permission for us to share your details with the venue. The venue will then provide you with the enrolment form and details of the supporting documentation required.
