FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How will I recieve my tickets?- Match tickets will be dispatched via the following options: - • pdf format - • digital download links - Tickets are usually dispatched 2-5 days prior to the match. 
- Will I be updated if there's a fixture change?- Our team will get in contact with you to inform you if the match you have purchased tickets for has been rescheduled. - If you have made a ticket only purchase, you ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. - If you have made a ticket package purchase, including a hotel stay, we will amend your booking. 
- What is the dress code?- For general admission, team colours and casual wear is accepted. Please note, away clothing or colours are not permitted. - We advise checking the weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing. As most stadiums are outdoors, you may need to wear multiple layers if it's cold outside. - If you have purchased hospitality tickets, smart/casual wear is preferred. Football shirts and tracksuits are often not permitted in these areas. 
- When should I arrive?- We recommend arriving to the stadium early, to try and get ahead of long queueing times. This also gives you time to: - • Explore the stadium - • Check out the merchandise available - • Enjoy pre-show dining and drinks - • Settle into your seat without the rush
