    The Warrior Cup is a pre-season tournament showcasing elite teams from across Europe, delivering intense action in Kaufbeuren, Germany. The weekend offers fans an exciting atmospherfe throughout the weekend. Combining competitive ice hockey with he opportunity to cheer on the Clan as they face international rivals

  • Do the packages include access to all weekend games?

    Yes, the packages include access to all games across the weekend

  • Are the tickets seated or standing?

    All packages include seated weekend tickets

  • Can you offer flights and transfers?

    Yes, flights and transfers can be booked, subject to availability. If you wish to book flights and/or transfers, please email us at [email protected]

  • Do you provide transfers between the hotel and arena?

    No, transfers will  not be available between your chosen hotel and the arena. Hotel Hasen is a 10-minute walk from the arena and the Gasthof Engel Hotel is approximately a 10-minute drive or 20-minute journey via public transport

  • What time can I check in to my hotel from?

    Hotel Hasen:

    Check in - 2pm

    Check out - 11am


    Gasthof Engel:

    Check in - 2pm

    Check out - 11am

  • What section are Clan fans seated in?

    Glasgow Clan fans' dedicated section in the arena are:


    Block T (117 seats)

    Standing Areas R & S (100 spaces)


    All packages brought from Sports Entertainment Tours will be seated in Block T 

  • I have already purchased my tickets; can I purchase hotel only package?

  • Does the package include access to both games on Saturday and Sunday?

    Yes, our playoff weekend packages include a weekend ticket with access to both games on Saturday and Sunday

  • Can I purchase ticket only for the playoff weekend?

    No, all tickets must be purchased as part of a package

  • Do you offer a deposit scheme for the playoff package?

    Yes, you can secure your playoff weekend package with a deposit of £75 per person. The remaining balance must be paid by Friday 27th February 2026. You can pay installments towards your balance at any time. Simply email us at [email protected]

  • Who is eligible for a concession ticket?

    As per the EIHL guidelines, concession tickets are available for:


    • Over 60s

    • Students

    • Under 16s

    • Disabled Customers


    Family tickets must be purchasd in 4's (x2 Adults & x2 Concessions


    Proof of concession will be required upon entry

  • Will I be seated in jmy chosen supporter's block?

    Yes if you've selected your team, your tickets  will be allocated within their supporter's block

  • When will my tickets be dispatched?

    We aim to dispatch all event tickets between 2-5 days before the event, where possible we will dispatch tickets earlier

  • Can I purchase your hotel package without tickets?

    Yes, if you wish to purchase a package without ticke3ts, please contact us at [email protected]

  • Will you be offering travel packages for Belfast Giants fans wishing to travel from Belfast?

    Yes, once our packages go live, we will have travel options available from Belfast
