Yes, our playoff weekend packages include a weekend ticket with access to both games on Saturday and Sunday

Can I purchase ticket only for the playoff weekend?
No, all tickets must be purchased as part of a package
Do you offer a deposit scheme for the playoff package?
Yes, you can secure your playoff weekend package with a deposit of £75 per person. The remaining balance must be paid by Saturday 7th March 2026. You can pay installments towards your balance at any time.

Who is eligible for a concession ticket?
As per the EIHL guidelines, concession tickets are available for:
• Over 60s
• Students
• Under 16s
• Disabled Customers
Family tickets must be purchased in 4's (x2 Adults & x2 Concessions)

What time should we arrive at the Motorpoint Arena for the Playoffs?
Doors open at 2pm on Saturday 18th April
Doors open at 12pm on Sunday 19th April
Will I be seated in my chosen supporter's block?
Yes, if you've selected your team, your tickets will be allocated within their supporter's block, included below:
• Blocks 2, 3 4 & 5 - Sheffield Steelers
• Block 6 - Fife Flyers
• Block 7 - Coventry Blaze
• Block 8 - Dundee Stars
• Block 9 - Manchester Storm
• Block 10 - Guildford Flames
• Block 11 - Belfast Giants

How and when will my tickets be dispatched?
Tickets for the EIHL Playoffs will be in pdf format dispatched to the email address provided upon booking.
We aim to dispatch all event tickets between 2-5 days before the event, where possible we will dispatch tickets earlier
Can I purchase your hotel package without tickets?

Will you be offering travel packages for Belfast Giants fans wishing to travel from Belfast?
Yes, we have travel options available from Belfast including return flights and transfers.

Are companion/carer tickets available?
Yes, companion/carer tickets are available free of charge, subject to eligibility.
If you would like a companion or carer to accompany you to a game, please email us at [email protected] with your permission for us to share your details with the venue. The venue will then provide you with the enrolment form and details of the supporting documentation required.
