How will I recieve my tickets?
Match tickets will be dispatched via the following options:
• pdf format
• digital download links
Tickets are usually dispatched 2-5 days prior to the match.
Will I be updated if there's a fixture change?
Our team will get in contact with you to inform you if the match you have purchased tickets for has been rescheduled.
If you have made a ticket only purchase, you ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If you have made a ticket package purchase, including a hotel stay, we will amend your booking.
What is the dress code?
For general admission, team colours and casual wear is accepted. Please note, away clothing or colours are not permitted.
We advise checking the weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing. As most stadiums are outdoors, you may need to wear multiple layers if it's cold outside.
If you have purchased hospitality tickets, smart/casual wear is preferred. Football shirts and tracksuits are often not permitted in these areas.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving to the stadium early, to try and get ahead of long queueing times. This also gives you time to:
• Explore the stadium
• Check out the merchandise available
• Enjoy pre-show dining and drinks
• Settle into your seat without the rush
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?
Our dedicated team will do their best to fulfil your requests; howvever, this will be subject to availability.
